Vivien has wide experience in and knowledge of all areas of family law. She has a particular interest in farming ancillary relief cases, financial disputes between unmarried / cohabiting couples and Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act matters.

Vivien graduated in Law from Southampton University in 1980 and was called to the Bar in 1981. Formerly a member of King Charles House Chambers in Nottingham, she joined St. Mary’s Chambers in 2001 to further her specialist career in family law.
